Their mentorship instilled in me a profound appreciation for the transformative power of mentorship. Therefore, I am eager to pay it forward by actively engaging with, and mentoring the younger generation within the First mentor program of Amcham, offering them guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their own career paths.
Moreover, I am particularly drawn to the AmCham Snowball program. The topic of Job and employment market interests me the most due to my personal experience, particularly within the 180 Degree Consulting organization, where I have assisted young individuals in various aspects of job searching, including CV preparation, interview skills, and career planning. My hands-on experience in guiding individuals through the intricacies of job hunting and career development has equipped me with insights and strategies that I believe will be invaluable in addressing the challenges and opportunities within the labor market.
